HYUR Manufacturing is seeking 1st and 3rd Shift CNC Machinist’s for our partner in Mt. Healthy, OH!
The anticipated wage for this position starts at $18 – $23/hour. Hourly wages may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Summary of position:
As a CNC Machinist, you are responsible for accurately operating machines, inspecting parts for quality and performing basic maintenance.
Essential Functions:
- Sets up, adjusts, and operates all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
- Machines parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
- Document set up information.
- Processes parts by following blueprints and other specifications.
- Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured.
- Diagnose and correct machine problems with minimal supervision.
- Perform daily maintenance.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC schooling certificate is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of fabrication
- Familiarity with blueprints
- Experience with quality measurement tools.
- Overhead crane experience
- Forklift operation.
