POSITION: HVAC Residential Installation Tech
SHIFTS: Day shift hours (Flexible Schedule)
COMPENSATION: Based on experience

We service customers in the Local Tristate area. All qualified HVAC/R  Technicians are provided with a fully stocked company vehicle.

HVAC/R Install Technician Job Duties:
 

  • Install and replace HVAC systems, including boilers, in custom and upscale residential
  •  properties
  • Obtain schedule from the dispatch team and resolve any conflicts.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure thorough understanding of service needs
  • Request replacement parts, supplies from appropriate personnel
  • Submit detailed paperwork for each job conducted with all appropriate information
  • Perform special/complicated installations/repairs
  • Conduct quality control inspections and maintenance at assigned job sites where needed.
  • Perform On-Call duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work safely and efficiently to benefit the customer, technician and company.

HVAC/R Install Technician Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years installation experience in HVACR
  • Familiarity with high-efficiency systems and custom home requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Universal EPA certification
  • NATE Certification
  • Kentucky Journeyman License (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic electrical, mechanical and refrigeration skills/theory knowledge

Maintenance Technician Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you must have a strong electromechanical/CNC maintenance background. Electrical background to include running conduit and possessing an understanding of industrial electricity. Candidates will perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery (CNC mills and lathes, stamping presses, press brakes), troubleshoot PLC’s, 3 phase motor troubleshooting, and hydraulic power unit and system troubleshooting.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

  • 5 years’ experience in a machine maintenance/technician role
  • Experience with CNC Lathes/mills, press brakes, manual welding equipment, laser cutting equipment, grinders, hand tools
  • Experience with facility maintenance (i.e. compressors and compressor maintenance)
  • Experience with 480v three phase motors

  • Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC brake press machines
