Summary of position:
As the Maintenance Tech you are responsible for performing daily and scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to the CNC equipment and plant facilities.
Essential Functions:
Perform troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment and other production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts; checking/replacing fluid; replacing filters.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
Identify and replace parts, as necessary.
Work with machine suppliers to assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
Perform facility maintenance.
Other tasks as required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training course completion is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
Understand and follow electrical schematics.
Basic knowledge of CNC machines: spindles, ball screws, bearings, scales.
Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and documentation.
Capable of using precision measurement and standard hand/power tools.
Previous industrial maintenance experience
Experience with CNC controls.

Summary of position:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you are responsible for reading blueprints and drawings to set up machines based on specification. Accurately set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines and document set up information.
Essential Functions:
Set-up and operation of CNC machines (Mills & Lathes)
Document set up information.
Processes parts by following blueprints and other specifications.
Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured.
Diagnose and correct machine problems with minimal supervision.
Perform daily maintenance.
Keep machine and work area clean.
Maintain good production numbers with minimal scrap.
Other duties as assigned.
Frequent bending, reaching and heavy lifting is required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training course completion is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
High mechanical background
CNC Mill and/or Lathe experience.
Quality measurement tools

Essential Functions:
Pick orders from inventory for shipment.
Works within & according to all company health & safety guidelines.
Ensures the accuracy of inventory quantities.
Evaluates materials and products to quality standards before issuing.

Summary of position: As a CNC Machine Operator, you are responsible for reading blueprints and drawings to set up and operate o4-5 axis CNC machines based on specification for the Aerospace industry. Accurately comprehend product design into computer modelling software and use computer software to create the design of parts and tools.
Essential Functions:
Processes parts by following blueprints and other specifications.
Set up, adjust, and operate machines and tools to perform operations.
Change tool offsets to produce parts meeting drawing specifications.
Perform process inspections to drawing specification.
Read precision measurement equipment.
Check for malfunctions or out-of-tolerance processing.
Ensure that equipment is in optimal production condition.
Program and edit programs.
Run multiple machines simultaneously.
Education:

Summary of position: As an Aerospace Assembly Tech you are responsible for performing mechanical assembly on aerospace parts, as well as other duties assigned.
Essential Functions:
Mechanically assemble custom aerospace parts from aerospace drawings/blueprints
Perform quality inspection using micrometers and calipers.
Marking and deburring parts
Operate various machines including tumblers, grinders, drills, rivet guns, etc.
Tac welding
Sand blasting.
