Summary of position: As a CNC Lathe Setup Operator, you are responsible for accurately producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control lathe machine.
Essential Functions:
Fully setup CNC Lathes.
Starts, stops, and sets up CNC Lathe machines.
Machines parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
Document set up information.
Processes parts by following blueprints and other specifications.
Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured.
Diagnose and correct machine problems with minimal supervision.
Perform daily maintenance.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
CNC schooling certificate is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience operating and setting up CNC Lathe Machines.
Knowledge of G & M codes.
Knowledge of blueprint reading.

Summary of position:
As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you are responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes and other equipment to fabricate sheet metal, copper, Lexan, and Formex products according to detailed work orders and specifications.
Essential Functions:
Start, stop, and set up press brake machines safely, and operate secondary machines as required.
Perform all activities in a safe manner while utilizing required PPE.
Set up and operate CNC press brake and related equipment to form sheet metal, following work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
Verify that all parts meet specifications through standard inspection practices.
Maintain machinery through Total Productive Maintenance practices and keep detailed documentation.
Repair and rework sheet metal as needed
Comply with company performance and conduct policies, maintain regular attendance, and adhere to 6S standards in all workstations.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience and Qualifications:

Summary of position: As a Level III Welder, you are responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other materials by applying appropriate welding techniques.
Essential Functions:
Generate and complete quality welds.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
Responsible for preparing the materials and setting up a welding device.
Performs visual quality checks and takes appropriate action to correct defects.
Performs basic dimensional layouts to complete products without fixtures.
