Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to fill an opening for a sheet metal fabrication job shop that services to the electrical industry.
Maintenance Technician Hours:
- 1st and 2nd shifts are available
- OT will be needed based on production
Pay:$25 – $34/hr.
Maintenance Technician Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you must have a strong electromechanical/CNC maintenance background. Electrical background to include running conduit and possessing an understanding of industrial electricity. Candidates will perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery (CNC mills and lathes, stamping presses, press brakes), troubleshoot PLC’s, 3 phase motor troubleshooting, and hydraulic power unit and system troubleshooting.
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
- 5 years’ experience in a machine maintenance/technician role
- Experience with CNC Lathes/mills, press brakes, manual welding equipment, laser cutting equipment, grinders, hand tools
- Experience with facility maintenance (i.e. compressors and compressor maintenance)
- Experience with 480v three phase motors
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a job/fabrication shop is a plus
- Strong background in general facility maintenance is also required
