HYUR Manufacturing is seeking 2nd and Weekend Shift, (work 36 hours get paid for 40!) CNC Machinist’s for our partner in Cincinnati, OH!
The anticipated wage for this position starts at $23 – $30/hour. Hourly wages may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Summary of position:
As a CNC Machinist, you are responsible for the full set up and operation of 4-5 axis CNC Machines producing parts for the Aerospace Industry.
Essential Functions:
- Set-up and operation of 4-5 axis CNC Machines
- Document set up information.
- Processes parts by following blueprints and other specifications.
- Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured.
- Diagnose and correct machine problems with minimal supervision.
- Perform daily maintenance.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC schooling certificate is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to do own setups.
- G-Code experience
- Familiarity with blueprints
- Experience with quality measurement tools.
- Experience with the following machines is a plus!
- Large Horizontal Boring Mills
- VTL experience
- Makino machines
- Mori Seiki machines
- Doosan Mills
- Fanuc controls
- Overhead crane experience
- Forklift operation.
- Laser Experience
