HYUR Health is seeking skilled Medical Assistants or LPN to fill full-time openings within multiple physician offices in Cincinnati, OH!
The anticipated wage for this position is $16.00 – $34.00/hour. Hourly wages may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Summary of position: As a Medical Assistant you are responsible for preparing treatment rooms and patients for examination, document in Electronic Medical Record system, take vital signs, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, perform on-site labs, process reference labs to off-site laboratory, give injections, and perform required quality tasks.

Experience:
CMA: 1 year (Preferred)
1-3 years of related work experience.
EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description: Our client is the leading provider of inpatient rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, hip fracture and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions in Lexington. No high acuity patients. No vents or trachs. Patients stay for up to two weeks at a time.

Units: 6 total –Spinal Cord, Brain injury, 2 stroke units, general rehab, and a med unit

Float: May be floated to another healthcare facility affiliated with the facility (e.g. outpatient clinic) or another department/unit within the facility.
Job Description: NP will see 20-25 patients per day, will work closely with age ranges anywhere from 18 months to geriatric patients. NP will be responsible for vaccines, point of testing, STD/HIV education, UTI, and wound care.
Qualifications
Must: Family practice experience, BLS updated, if New Grad – rotation had to be at Walgreens Clinic
Disqualifiers: No family practice background.
